Who We Are
EDT Offshore was founded over forty-five years ago in Limassol, Cyprus, as a family-run cargo ship-owning company. Over the decades, EDT has evolved into a trusted specialist in the management and operation of towage and salvage vessels, building a strong reputation for technical capability, operational excellence, and reliable service delivery.
As our expertise expanded, EDT entered the emerging Eastern Mediterranean offshore energy sector, establishing long-term partnerships with leading international energy companies. We support a wide range of offshore activities, providing modern, well-equipped vessels and highly skilled crews to deliver safe and effective oil rig support, marine surveys, diving, and ROV operations.
To further enhance value for our clients, EDT has developed a comprehensive network of dedicated offshore and onshore support services. This integrated capability positions EDT as one of the region’s few horizontally integrated operators, enabling us to deliver efficient, flexible, and sustainable solutions across the full project lifecycle.
