SERVICES PROVIDED		Within 7 months, Ifestos Marine Works successfully Designed, Engineered & Installed a Class Approved, CAP 437 Compliant Helideck on the aft deck of a vessel with provisions for installing a permanent refuelling system at a later date. In parallel to this major project deliverable, a complete AC Refit was undertaken along with main engines overhauls. The project was successfully delivered ahead of time and under budget.

CHALLENGES MET		Attained special bunkering permits to operate foreign vessels inside Economic Zone and Territorial Waters. Gained permission to import Low Sulfur ISO:8217 compliant Gasoil cargoes for use as bunkers.

CHALLENGES MET		A grade registered only as Duty Free Product had to have prepaid taxes and loaded direct from Refinery into a bunker barge classified as a customs warehouse for duty free product. This process previously had no way of being declared or authorised and was also outside this limits of the Bunker Barge’s operating license. Liaising with Customs Authorities and Local Refineries to create a new and temporary tax code for this specific Operation which was previously not possible.
